Communing with the Muse
…is a healing experience designed to dissolve blocks, traumas, and limiting beliefs around our SINGING VOICES, our soul purpose and creative expressions.
I have learned and practiced how to open my channel for The Muse to course through my being when I sing, act, paint & draw, write musicals, move my body, and guide others in session. In other words, my Muse and I, we’re tight.
EFT, embodiment practices and somatic release modalities have been an essential part of my creative process, teaching me to deeply trust and hold myself, connect to the source of my inspiration (The Muse) and sing, create or improvise from the intimacy of this connection.
I believe that EVERYBODY has their own direct and infinite access to their Muse: The Source of Your Soul’s Unique Expression
I believe that EVERYBODY CAN SING
and it is our natural birthright to ENJOY singing!
I acknowledge singing, public speaking or communicating authentically can be deeply confronting for many people. This simply means there is some tender soul-work to do before we can get there…and it can be fun and nurturing!
This is why I have designed this offering- so that we can work with the emotional, psychological, physical blocks that are obstructing our VOICE, and then recreate and deepen this magical connection with the spiritual, cosmic energy that flows through us when we EXPRESS.
In Communing with the Muse sessions we use a synthesis of somatic & spiritual tools such as Emotional Freedom Technique, parts & inner-child work and guided meditation to identify and bring awareness to core wounds around your authentic expression and soul power, aka YOUR VOICE.
We also explore vocalization techniques, sacred sound and breath work to access and express stored trauma, recalibrating and re-patterning these aspects. As we establish more safety in the body, we begin to play, experiment and adventure into new possibilities for creative flow and vocal expression.

COMMUNING WITH THE MUSE: MENTORSHIP INCUBATOR
12-session series: $1980
In this twelve session incubator, we identify your creative & musical desires and goals and create a map of how to get there together. We engage in all of the practices mentioned so far, and then you’ll receive coaching and feedback on an aspect of your project (song, lyrics, spoken word, manifesto, etc.) This series includes accountability check-ins and laser coaching throughout the week.
