I am a huge fan of this video. Women's menstrual cycles are sacred and special. Menstruation has been so unfortunately misunderstood and mis-represented in our modern society; women are told their period is dirty and that their blood is "waste" that should be discarded or flushed away. I disagree! Our menstrual blood is potent, it is HEALING, it contains stem-cells...and it belongs in the Earth's soil, and as a part of our creative expression!
